Working Method:

The graphics file is processed by professional software, the graphic file include the indentation line type and cutting line type (corrugated paper/cardboard/film paper) required for the actual box sample, and may also include dimensioning, document annotations, etc. (cardboard/film paper) Etc.), according to the actual needs, install different cutting tools/creasing wheels/drawing tools, and send them to the flatbed plotter machine in a certain format through the network or data line, and the machine will automatically recognize the various line types in the graphics and select the corresponding ones. The tool (vibrating knife/creasing wheel/pen) is set according to the corresponding parameters, such as working speed, tool type, blade cutting depth, indentation depth, etc., to complete the box sample or drawing.

Tools needed:

Vibrating cutter head: cutting corrugated cardboard, EVA, pearl cotton, foam board, etc.

Flat head: Cut E-pit, F-pit corrugated cardboard and grayboard.

Crimping wheel: creasing line of corrugated cardboard.

Small cutter head: cutting cardboard paper.
