1. WS2800 CNC Beam Panel Saw Equipment Overview:
This machine is suitable for sawing and processing particle board, multilayer board, medium-density fiberboard, density fiberboard, particleboard, PVC board, artificial stone board, calcium silicate board for exterior wall panels, cardboard, and aluminum honeycomb. Both the main saw and feeder are guided by linear guides, ensuring superior precision. Positioning accuracy is unaffected by the surrounding environment and magnetic fields, making it safe and stable, requiring no maintenance or adjustment. Saw dust is precisely collected, achieving a near-100% dust collection rate, unlike traditional open-type dust collection.

The robotic arm can achieve a minimum cutting speed of 30*45mm. A servo motor controls the sawing speed, achieving dual-servo CNC sawing for superior cutting stability. It also features an online fault detection system, automatically shutting down the machine in the event of a fault, and automatic fault detection for rapid troubleshooting. Visual sawing status monitoring allows for constant visual monitoring, and intelligent cutting optimization software saves time, materials, and labor. 3. Functional Configuration:

③. The loading table and sawing table both utilize pneumatic floats, making material movement easier and less labor-intensive, and preventing scratches on the workpiece surface. ④. The main and auxiliary saws utilize independent lift control systems, automatically detecting the height and width of the saw blade according to the thickness of the material, enabling automatic positioning of the saw blade’s cutting stroke, reducing wasted time and improving work efficiency.
⑤. The control system features a simple interface and easy operation, with operational instructions and troubleshooting guides. It allows editing and managing cutting plans, tasks, and simulated cutting. It is compatible with various sawing optimization software, barcode management software, and factory automation software.
⑥. The flexible double-clamp manipulator’s holding block is rubber-coated for pressure and wear resistance.
